		<description>I have always found Lebanon's system to be pretty nebulous, but my understanding is that it is multi-seat plurality, with fixed ratios of "confessional" affiliation in each district. Or something like that. But &lt;i&gt;not&lt;/i&gt; single-seat districts.

If I am wrong, I would be delighted to be set straight.</description>
